Connect with your online audience and create innovative content to meet their needs

Engaging Online 719

16 January 2020, Caerphilly -  Delivered through the medium of English

Aims

To help you engage more effectively with your online audience.

Content

Social media is an energising and thought-provoking arena where people and organisations can connect, and ideas are created, debated and shared. It's also the perfect place to build your organisation's profile cheaply and effectively. However, it's so easy to get distracted that your cause, no matter how important, risks getting drowned out by shinier, more targeted promotions.

If you're already using social media to engage with the public but would like to know how to create more engaging content, improve your reach, and discover some new ideas and free tools, this session is for you!

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Build upon your existing social media skills to use social media more effectively
  • Create interesting and engaging content to meet your audience's needs
  • Use free online tools to create innovative and dynamic content
  • Understand the different approaches to engaging on different platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Who this course is for

This session is for practitioners who are already using social media to engage with the public and would like to know how to improve their content and reach.
