Investing in Volunteers is the quality assurance programme for volunteer-involving organisations which was launched in 2004.
Improving the quality of volunteer management is a major function of WCVA Volunteering.
This is done by supporting volunteer managers with information sheets, publications, training courses, conferences and an information service.
