WCVA holds a of range policy events on issues of relevance as they arise, as well as quarterly regional policy events.

The regional policy events are an opportunity for voluntary organisations to meet to address important policy matters. There are usually focus group sessions looking at specific statutory sector policies which impact on the voluntary sector. There may also be plenary sessions looking at policies of more general significance to the voluntary sector as a whole.
Meetings are held quarterly in north, south, west and mid Wales and there is a nominal fee of £12.00 to attend.
These events provide a chance for you to:
- Be consulted
- engage in discussion and debate.
- receive briefing information.
The events also provide an invaluable link between the policy unit at WCVA and voluntary organisations around Wales.
