‘Be part of a growing civil society movement’ is the call to action for WCVA’s new offer, launched this week, which seeks to engage organisations in actively shaping its work as the national membership organisation of the third sector in Wales.

face significant challenges it's crucial that organisations such as
WCVA represent our collective interests and act as a unified voice
on the issues that matter most. We are facing times of change in
terms of key policies and programmes and organisations like WCVA
have a key role to play in influencing and informing key decision
makers and funders on our behalf.
'It is also important to have a forum for sharing learning and
ideas, for exploring challenges and opportunities, and of course
building strong relationships within the sector itself.'
WCVA has refreshed its membership model, following consultation
with the sector and stakeholders on its new strategic direction,
and ratification at the AGM in November 2016.
This change will be implemented from 1 April 2017 and will be
phased in during 2017 as existing members reach their renewal
