This practical and interactive course will give participants the opportunity to both learn about and practice using visioning techniques.

This practical and interactive course will give participants the opportunity to both learn about and practice using visioning techniques. Visioning can help diverse stakeholders to identify and refine indicators of success. Once the indicators are identified they can be used in setting objectives and in evaluation at different stages in the project cycle. The course aims to enable participants to gain sufficient experience and confidence in using the process so that they can apply it in their own context.
